We are able to fund deals via separate accounts, strategic/correspondent relationships and syndicated proprietary capital.  Unlike many of the current capital providers we do not have legacy issues impairing our ability/flexibility in financing client opportunities. 

Like other debt/real estate buyers, Prodigious Capital can acquire assets on a discounted all-cash basis.  However, we can also enter into barter or swap transaction for any balance sheet asset that a client wishes to liquidate. Utilizing our strategic relationship with Icon International we can acquire loans and other balance sheet assets in a unique manner at or close to book value.
