David Eyzenberg is Founder and President of Prodigious Capital, LLC. Since its founding in 2005, Prodigious Capital , its predecessors and subsidiaries have consummated over $350M in financing/advisory assignments.

Prior to forming Prodigious Capital, Mr. Eyzenberg was the head of the New York office of Madison Capital Group and was responsible for the origination and execution of real estate investment banking transactions specifically focusing on raising equity and structured debt to capitalize/recapitalize new and existing projects. While at Madison, Mr. Eyzenberg’s team successfully executed the capitalization of over $300 million of new multifamily development projects in the South Florida and Las Vegas markets. Prior to Madison, Mr. Eyzenberg was a Director at Wall Street Realty Capital, a New York based “spin-off” of Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was involved in over $350 million in private M&A and equity/mezzanine placement assignments. Previously, Mr. Eyzenberg was the Director of Real Estate at Greenstreet Partners, a private merchant bank, where he was in charge of overseeing a national portfolio of properties owned through various joint venture vehicles, as well as sourcing and analyzing entity and project level investments. Prior to joining Greenstreet, Mr. Eyzenberg was with Ramius Capital Group, an investment management firm specializing in hedge funds and real estate, where he sourced, evaluated and structured over $1.8 billion of debt/equity transactions nationwide encompassing all property sectors. Mr. Eyzenberg began his career as a member of Merrill Lynch's Real Estate Planning and Transactions Group. While at Merrill, he provided financial analysis support for domestic and international land acquisition, sale/leaseback transactions, leasing and office renovation/purchase efforts.

Mr. Eyzenberg is a graduate of New York University, where he received both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment. He has also served as the Vice President of the NYU RE Masters Alumni Board. Mr. Eyzenberg is a former board member of several nonprofit civic organizations including the Shorefront-Y and the UJA-Federation Russian leadership division. Mr. Eyzenberg is an active member of ICSC, RELA, YMBA, MBA, ULI and the NRC.

Carlo Perry

Carlo Perry is a Director responsible for executing real estate advisory and capital raising assignments with a focus on troubled developments in the NY tri-state region.
 
Mr. Perry brings over twenty years of experience as an architect and developer. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Perry was a Vice President with Coalco New York, a real estate development firm, specializing in acquisitions, entitlements and product development. Earlier, he held a similar position at Landmark Development.

Mr. Perry received a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. He received a Master’s degree from New York University’s Real Estate Institute and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Harvard University.

Najam Fakir
Vice President

Najam is Vice President of Investment Banking at Prodigious Capital. He is responsible for stucturing, underwrting and placing debt transactions for third party clients.

Having worked on over 1,500 real estate financing transactions, he has raised in excess of $350M in investment and buyout capital for small balance investors nationwide. Prior to joining Prodigious Capital, Najam was a consultant to community banks and credit unions; since 2007 he has led loan portfolio audits for two New York Credit Unions and advised senior management of three Community Banks on origination procedures, underwriting policies and portfolio valuation. Prior to that, he spent four years as a senior underwriter at MRC Corp, a nationwide real estate lender, underwriting commercial real estate loans.

Najam has a BA in Political Science from Stony Brook University, a BS in Finance with honors from Old Westbury College, and a MS in Real Estate from New York University. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, ULI, ICSC and ABANA. Najam is also the founder of Crenex.com, a research portal for real estate professionals.

Melanie Ferrara

Melanie Ferrara is a Vice President responsible for origination, outside broker management and closing commercial mortgage transactions. 

Prior to joining Prodigious Capital she was a relationship manager at Silver Hill Financial.  While there Melanie originated and funded small balance commercial loans through a network of mortgage brokers in the North East.
